Congressman Todd Young pins medals on Vietnam War veteran Robert Austin, of Madison, in the U.S. House of Representatives District Office in Jeffersonville on Friday afternoon. Austin served in the U.S. Navy as an airman on the U.S.S. Yorktown from 1964 to 1966, but never received his two Bronze Stars,Vietnam Service Medal or his National Defense Service Medal.
