Despite the loss, the Silver Creek crowd was the most impressive of the morning session. The students were still chanting while the Dragons were down 24-4 in the third set. Afterward, the students lined up outside of the Silver Creek locker room to congratulate the Dragons on their state final run. “The community support was amazing,” Silver Creek coach Jeff Zimmerman said. “For them to drive three hours and support us like that, it’s incredible.”
