CLARKSVILLE —
Candace Popp was crowned Miss Clark County on Tuesday evening at Providence High School. She will serve as the official hostess for the Clark County 4-H Fair, which runs at the Clark County 4-H Fairgrounds in Charlestown July 13-21. Popp, 19, will also go on to represent Clark County at the Indiana State Fair Queen Pageant in August. She is the daughter of Ralph and Patty Popp.
The first runner up at Tuesday’s pageant was 17-year-old Jayla Rose and the second runner up was Violet Herrmann, also 17. Kayla Shackelford was named Miss Congeniality.
