November election ballots set in Clark, Floyd counties

> SOUTHERN INDIANA — The deadlines have passed for candidates to file for November’s general election, or be placed on the ballot by a political party. Noon on Friday was the deadline for school board candidates to file for the general election and the only other names on the ballot awaiting certification are the candidates for President of the United States. Their certifications will occur at the parties’ respective conventions.

In Floyd County, except for those running for school board, one candidate, Democrat Carolyn J. Evans who is running for treasurer, was added to the ballot following the May primary. She will challenge Republican incumbent Linda Berger.

Hoosiers in Clark and Floyd counties can expect the following names to appear on November’s ballot:
