JEFFERSONVILLE —
Amazon.com has posted 11 job openings on its website related to the forthcoming Jeffersonville fulfillment center.
The company is seeking a maintenance manager, procurement manager, safety specialist, IT manager, computerized maintenance management systems administrator, control systems specialist, medical representative, tech support technician, loss prevention manager, facilities service technician and a site safety manager.
The listings can be found at amazon.com/jobs, search the word “Jeffersonville.”
The online retailer is bringing a distribution center and 1,050 jobs to Jeffersonville. The 1 million-square-foot facility, already under construction, will be the fifth fulfillment center in the state. It’s expected to be open by fall.
