PHOTO: Students get fiscally fit in Jeffersonville

Treyton Hickerson calculates an answer while on the Money Bus on Wednesday at Riverside Elementary School in Jeffersonville.

The Money Bus is a custom RV that serves as a personal-finance classroom on wheels. The program was created by Networks Financial Institute at Indiana State University in Terre Haute to teach students about saving, spending and budgeting. National research conducted by the institute has found 40 percent of parents think schools should do more to teach kids about managing money.
