The Clark County Sheriff’s Department has released a new list of people wanted on felony charges. The list is led by a case that was featured this month on the national television show, “America’s Most Wanted.” Others include a man charged with rape who was never arrested and a man who has spent time in the Indiana Department of Correction and is wanted again for armed robbery.

Raul Cruz

Cruz is described as a talented horse exercise rider, especially polite to women, professional and generous with money. He is also described as an unpredictable drunk who likes Bud Light, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Department. Cruz has been charged with murder for allegedly beating 36-year-old Ronald L. Miller to death with a wooden bed post at a Borden horse farm.
Marques Jermaine Warrick

Warrick was charged with class B felony rape, class B felony criminal deviate conduct and class C felony criminal confinement in March 2008. Warrick is accused of holding his ex-girlfriend on the bed at her Jeffersonville apartment and threatening to hurt her if she did not perform oral sex, according to a probable cause affidavit. The alleged victim reportedly had bruises, and a sexual assault exam found the injuries consistent with defensive wounds.

Martin is accused of robbing two women at gunpoint and stealing their purses and money on Nov. 14, 2008, at Dylan’s BP Food Mart in Clarksville. Martin has two previous felony convictions for carrying a handgun without a license and possession of marijuana.
