CHARLESTOWN —
The city of Charlestown will hold an informational meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, for Project Clean Lines.
The project is part of a comprehensive program designed to eliminate the mineral deposit buildup in the city’s water distribution system, according to the city’s website.
Mayor Bob Hall’s administration is seeking to address the mineral buildup and ongoing concerns about the city’s water by using the chemical Clearitas. The chemical will be introduced into the water system starting Feb. 6.
The informational meeting will be held at Charlestown’s Arts and Enrichment Center at 999 Water St.
