SELLERSBURG —
Ivy Tech will host an open registration event today. Students may register for the fall semester and get on-the-spot information about transferring past college credit.
There will be two sessions — 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 4 to 6:30 p.m. The registration will be at Ivy Tech Community College, 8204 Ind. 311, Sellersburg, in Pfau Hall, Room B20.
Academic advisers will be on hand to help students register for the fall 2012 semester, which begins Aug. 20. Students will have the opportunity to meet with financial aid professionals and see Ivy Tech’s expanded campus. Students with previous college experience can learn how to transfer credits to Ivy Tech. Students should bring a transcript or other information about the classes completed for on-the-spot evaluation of prior college credit.
For more information, contact Ben Harris at bharris88@IvyTech.edu or 812-246-3301, ext. 4137.
