• Missy Burgin (Southern Indiana women’s track, Sr.) — at Washington University Invitational, March 29-31: first in 3,000 steeplechase, 10:43.26, NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time, beat Missouri Baptist’s Meagan Hudson by nearly 25 seconds.

• Daniel Burton (Louisville baseball, Sr.) — home vs. West Virginia, March 30, 4-3 win: 1-for-4, double; home vs. West Virginia, March 31, 16-5 win: 2-for-4, two runs scored, RBI, double; home vs. West Virginia, April 1, 9-8 win: 1-for-4, run scored, RBI; home vs. Marshall, April 3, 17-1 win, five innings: 1-for-1, two RBIs, run scored, home run; other notes: homer against Marshall was one of eight smacked by the Cardinals in the game, the most in a contest since 1991.

• Evan Campbell (Hanover men’s tennis, Jr.) — vs. Bluffton, April 4, 5-0 win: No. 4 singles win over Dan Tinch, 6-3, 6-2.

• Nik Kahl (Hanover baseball, Fr.) — at Wilmington, March 29, 10-5 win: 1.2 IP, two runs (one earned), two hits; at Centre, April 4, Game 1, 3-2 win: winning pitcher, complete-game four-hitter, seven IP, two runs (both earned), three walks, one strikeout, did not allow a hit in the final three frames; other notes: victory over Centre his first win as a collegiate pitcher.

• Carly Keeler (Lewis women’s golf, Fr.) — at St. Francis Spring Invitational, March 31-April 1: 19th with two-round score of 176, 32-over-par, 84 in first round, 92 in second.

• Eric Schulz (Indiana State men’s track, Fr.) — at Spring Classic at Southern Illinois, March 23-24: 10th in 3,000 steeplechase, 9:48.87, first time to compete in steeplechase in collegiate career; at Missouri Relays, March 30-31: 34th in 5,000 in 15:38.18.

• Wes Seacat (Louisville men’s track, Sr.) — at Missouri Relays, March 30-31: 16th in 5,000, 15:04.

• Emily Turland (Louisville women’s track, Sr.) — at Missouri Relays, March 30-31: second in hammer throw, 195-11; 13th in shot put, 39-8 3/4.
