• Brendan Chwalek (Northern Kentucky men’s track, Silver Creek graduate, Jr.) — top performance: fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational last Saturday in Cincinnati, 9:14.08, NCAA Division II provisional qualifying mark; notes: Chwalek’s steeplechase time was the second-fastest in NKU history and the sixth-fastest among Division II runners this season.
