NEW ALBANY — Volunteer riders, including Miss Floyd County 4-H Fair Queen Kendal Fluhr, spent more time off their steeds than they did on them during the annual Donkey Races on Wednesday evening at the Floyd County 4-H Fairgrounds in New Albany. Luckily the rules clearly state that a rider needs to be on their donkey only when crossing the start and finish lines.

Miss Clark County 2012 entrants sought
The contest is based on interview, evening gown and professional wear competition. Any Clark County young woman between the ages of 16 to 21 is eligible to participate.
