• POLITICAL PARTY AFFILIATION: Republican

• AGE: 39

• EDUCATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS YOU WISH TO NOTE: I have a degree in Business Management. I am certified in Food Safety Management. Also, I have met requirements with fEMA (citizens Guide to Disaster Asst.)

• CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: I have 15 years of experience with State and County Government. I am currently the Administrator of the Floyd County Health Department.

• FAMILY NOTES YOU WISH TO SHARE: I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers. I have a 5 year old long hair chihuahua thats the love of my life. I am single and I have alot of time to devote to my community.



1) WHAT IS YOUR PRIMARY REASON FOR SEEKING THIS POSITION?

“I am seeking this position because I believe in helping people. I would like to help contribute to making our community a better place for the future generations. I will listen to the people of Georgetown with an open mind. I believe we need to have real plans for real people. In these economically trouble times, We need steady leadership to build stronger communities and my experience will bring to the town board enthusiasm, accountability and determination toward achieving this goal. I want to make a difference.”



2) IF ELECTED, WHICH ISSUE IS YOUR PRIORITY TO ADDRESS FIRST AND WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTED SOLUTION?

“My first priority is public health preparedness. In case of a disaster We need to have an emergency action plan and not just have the plan but we need to educate the residents of Georgetown on how to implement the plan. I want to focus my time and attention to making our community a safe environment for all. I also want to focus on the budgeting and spending the Georgetown funds wisely.”



3) WHAT SPECIFICALLY DISTINGUISHES YOU FROM YOUR OPPONENT IN THIS RACE?

“My years of experience working within Floyd County and my experience working with the Floyd County Health Department make me stand out in this race. I have knowledge in Grant Writing, budgeting and diaster planning, public health preparedness and awareness. And I have also lived in Georgetown for thirteen years.”

1) WHAT IS YOUR PRIMARY REASON FOR SEEKING THIS POSITION?

“To help town to continue to move ahead, after being stalled for the last few years.

“To improve relations with surround communities”



2) IF ELECTED, WHICH ISSUE IS YOUR PRIORITY TO ADDRESS FIRST AND WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTED SOLUTION?

“To controll spending within our allotted budget and still move town forward.

“Eliminate wastefull spending and increase productivity.”



3) WHAT SPECIFICALLY DISTINGUISHES YOU FROM YOUR OPPONENT IN THIS RACE?

“Life experiences, and being I am retired, I will be available to be there on top of things.”
