NEW ALBANY —
The Gallery on Pearl continues its fifth anniversary celebration with a new exhibit that will open Nov. 16.
“Shavings, Shuttles, Slabs, and Sparkles” is the name of the show, and the exhibit will feature works in wood, fiber, ceramics and jewelry. The exhibit will open with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 16, that will include an artists’ talk and refreshments.
The wood artist is Alan Mason; the fiber works are presented by Sandy Duffy; the ceramics pieces are offered by Carl DeGraaf; and the jewelry is the work of Angela LeMaster.
“Shavings, Shuttles, Slabs, and Sparkles” will run through Dec. 28 at The Gallery on Pearl, which is located in the White House Centre at 222 Pearl St. in downtown New Albany.
Normal hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. For more information, call 812-542-0780, or visit the website www.thegalleryonpearl.com.
