CLARK COUNTY — Chief Probation Officer David Munden, of the Intensive Felony Division in Clark County, addressed his co-workers during a surprise party in his honor in the Circuit Court No. 1 Courtroom at the Clark County Government Building in Jeffersonville on Thursday. Munden will be deployed to Afghanistan late this year for 12 months.
