> SOUTHERN INDIANA —
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning at 8:32 a.m. for Clark and Floyd Counties, which will be in effect until 11:30 a.m.
According to the weather service’s Doppler radar, between 2-3 inches of rainfall from early-morning thunderstorms have fallen in the area and an additional 1-2 inches are possible.
The weather services warns that individuals should not drive their vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
