Roofers from The Zero Company put the finishing touches on the new amphitheater at New Albany’s Riverfront Park on Monday afternoon. MAC Construction & Excavating built the awning at a price of $694,970. The riverfront stage plays host to Friday concerts each week beginning at 7:30 p.m. This week, a jazz concert will take place.

The main issue discussed was drainage, as Brinkworth said he would like to see more detention systems installed at the IUS campus.
“We’re concerned about the stormwater that reaches across Grant Line Road,” Brinkworth said.
The city wants to ensure another lodge won’t further drainage problems. -
