NEW ALBANY — Studens and faculty in Knobview Hall on the IU Southeasat campus were evacuated just past 10 a.m. this morning after a school spokeswoman said a construction crew hit and ruptured a gas line.
As of about 10:40 a.m., emergency scanner traffic said Vectren — the natural gas company — had the gas flow shut off.
