Health Department will host a second H1N1 clinic for children
The Floyd County Health Department will host a second walk-in H1N1 flu shot clinic for children from ages 6 months to 5 years, from 4 to 9 p.m., Thursday, at the department, 1917 Bono Road, New Albany.
There is no cost for the vaccine.

Most area graduation rates above state average
According to a release from IDOE, Indiana’s state graduation rate came in at 85.7 percent. About 45 percent of high schools met or exceeded the 90 percent mark and 83 percent graduated 80 percent of their seniors or more.
