Charlestown pancake breakfast
The Charlestown High School cheerleading team will be hosting a pancake breakfast fundraiser from 7:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 26 at the Charlestown Arts & Enrichment Center, 999 Water St., Charlestown.
The all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast also includes coffee, juice or milk. Advance tickets are $5. Cost is $7 at the door.
Kids under 5 years of age eat free. In addition to the breakfast, raffle items and a 50/50 drawing will be available. All proceeds are to support the Charlestown High School cheerleading team. Advance tickets can be purchased from any Charlestown cheer parent.

Covered Bridge, Champions Pointe Junior Camp
Covered Bridge Golf Club in Sellersburg and Champions Pointe Golf Club in Memphis will have their 2012 Junior Golf Camp June 18-21. The camp is open to all junior players ages 14 and under.
Players will meet each day from 9-11 a.m. at Covered Bridge. Players will then have a play day on Friday, June 22, starting at 8:30 a.m.
The objective of the camp is to introduce young golfers to the game of golf and provide a learning setting that is both fun and educational.
Cost is $95 per student, which includes a junior camp T-shirt, certificate of completion, snacks, prizes for special competitions and a logo golf ball, divot repair tool and tees.
The camp is open to the first 50 students. To reserve a spot, call the Covered Bridge golf shot at 812-246-8880 ext. 4.
