SELLERSBURG — Beginning March 29, Silver Creek schools will implement changes in morning student drop-off by cars and buses. These changes are being made to improve student safety in personal vehicles and in school buses.

Silver Creek Elementary, Silver Creek Middle and Silver Creek High schools will limit personal vehicles to specific areas of parking lots and driveways in the morning. Other parking lot areas will be reserved for school buses.

This will reduce the interaction of cars and school buses.

At the elementary school, cars and school buses will switch doors for morning student drop-off. Buses will unload students at door A, and cars will unload students at door M.

The narrow driveway between the elementary and the middle school will be blocked in the mornings. Neither cars nor buses will be allowed to drive through.

Contact the specific school office with questions.
