Winter weather advisory in effect through Sunday morning

Southern Indiana could see a couple of inches of snow

> SOUTHERN INDIANA — A winter weather advisory is in effect for Clark and Floyd counties and surrounding areas by the National Weather Service until 7 a.m. Sunday.

Snow was expected to develop after midnight today over Southern Indiana, with total accumulation by tonight of less than 2 inches. Areas of Kentucky could get up to 4 inches of snow.

The NWS said it expects travel difficulties related to the snowfall.

Today’s high will be about 33 and Sunday will top out at 35.
