A man entered the Walgreens store at 2755 Charlestown Road shortly after 8 p.m. and demanded the prescription drug oxycodone, according to an NAPD news release.

The man, who claimed he was armed, is described as white, about 6 feet 3 inches tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white shoes, and what witnesses described as a “fake red beard” concealing his face.

The robber fled the store after the pharmacy employees met the robber’s demand for the prescription drug. No injuries were reported.
