JEFFERSONVILLE — The RiverStage will go country this weekend as the entertainment barge plays host to a series of concerts beginning tonight.

Musical guests J.D. Shelburne and Black Mudd will be featured tonight. On Saturday, the Olivia Henken band will kick things off, followed by Kip Moore, according to a city press release. The music will begin both nights at 7 p.m.

Beginning at noon today, the Jeffersonville Police Department asks guests and residents to refrain from parking on Spring Street from the floodwall to Riverside Drive, and on Riverside Drive from Spring to Pearl streets, according to the release. Public entrances for the event are at Spring and Pearl streets.

Firearms, alcohol, pets, skateboards and tents are prohibited at this weekend’s events. Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs, but roping off areas on the lawn or elsewhere is not allowed.

Small coolers will be permitted, but will be searched for alcohol and other prohibited items. This is an all-ages event, with a beer garden available for ages 21 and older.
