Indiana authorities have confirmed that a missing Clark County man is dead, according to a report from newsgathering partner WLKY-TV in Louisville.
Kenneth Clampitt, 41, never returned after going for a walk with his dog Thursday night on his family's 70-acre farm on the 1300 block of Lindenmayer Road in Underwood. A K-9 unit found his jacket and glasses on the property, according to the WLKY report.
Family members say Clampitt was mentally disabled from a brain injury he suffered as a child. His cause of death is under investigation.
