The American Red Cross Clark County Chapter is offering a free "Maintaining Your Independence" presentation to better prepare community members for disaster at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, at St. Luke's United Church of Christ, 329 Walnut St. in Jeffersonville.
