Eghailany was arrested in August of 2003 for aggravated battery. A warrant was issued after he failed to show for a pretrial conference on Nov. 18, 2003.

Bryant received a 10-year sentence with four years to serve in prison for class B felony robbery in December of 2005. A warrant was issued for her arrest Jan. 23, 2008, after she violated her probation by allegedly committing another criminal offense.

Police seek public help finding five on outstanding warrants
Early morning on June 4, a multi-agency task force with more than 55 law enforcement officers in and around Floyd County set out to execute 54 felony warrants, nearly all of them drug cases.
Police arrested 44 of their targets as well as four others. In the days following the roundup, several others have been arrested.
