Funeral services for Rev. John Lewis Hardin, 69, of New Albany, will be at noon Saturday, July 31, at Galatian Missionary Baptist Church, 2020 Maryland Ave., New Albany, with interment in West Haven Cemetery. He died Saturday, July 24, 2010, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa L. Hardin; daughters, Brenda and Linda Hardin, both of Indianapolis, and Wanda and Johnetta Hardin, both of New Albany; sister, Sandra Johnson, of Charlestown; brothers, Marvin Hardin, of Jeffersonville and Edward Hardin and his wife, Heline, of Louisville; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Juel Hardin-Nasar.
Visitation will be at the church from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Mason Brothers Funeral Chapel, Evansville, is in charge of the arrangements.
