A Committal Service for Clarence J. “Pat” Sheehan, 85, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. Cremation was chosen. He died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was a retired salesman from Conagra Foods in Louisville and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion, Hobart Beach VFW Post No. 1693, in New Albany, and former Post Commander of the Shawnee VFW Post No. 3204 in Louisville. Pat also was a catholic and a Kentucky Colonel.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Verona Longest Sheehan; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth, John, Ray, and sister, Annalee Tomlinson
The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the American Cancer Society.
