A graveside service for Mary Nell Stewart, 70, of New Albany, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Big Clifty, Ky.
She died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services.
She was the former Mary Nell Puckett and she was a Catholic.
Survivors include four sons, Edward Hawkins, Jasper Hawkins and his wife Annette, Randy Hatfield and his wife Holly, and Pinky Hatfield; two daughters, Jo Ann Terry and Tamara Hatfield; two brothers, Lawrence Puckett and his wife Juanita, and Kevin Puckett and his wife Teresa; three sisters, Ann Puckett, Milly Nelson and her husband Bobby, and Tammy Jacobs and her husband Larry; 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Marie Puckett; two sisters, Doris Jean Clemons and Pallie Puckett.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, New Albany.
