A funeral Mass for Jane L. Gilfoy, 78, of Jeffersonville, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at Sacred Heart Church, Jeffersonville, with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery in Jeffersonville. She died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, in Kindred Hospital.
She was a native of Louisville, and was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Sacred Heart Ladies Auxiliary, and Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.
She survived by her husband, James M. Gilfoy Sr.; daughter, Nancy G. Mann, of New Albany; brother, James M. Lynch, of Winchester, Ky.; granddaughter, Kristin E. Harris; great-granddaughter, Audryana S. Harris; and great-grandson, Atticus L. Harris.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Edith Lynch; a son, James M. Gilfoy; and daughter, Edith G. Rudd.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today, Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Sacred Heart School’s Helping from the Heart Fund.
