Lincoln L. Hammond, 90, of St. Augustine, Fla., died peacefully at his home on Thursday, June 21, 2012.
He was born in Clarksville and was a long time resident of Jeffersonville before he moved to St. Augustine 31 years ago. He worked as a welder until his retirement and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include a son, Lincoln Lee Hammond, St. Augustine; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathryn.
Private services will beheld at a later date in Jeffersonville.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home in St. Augustine, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
