Funeral services for Leanah M. (Deich) Vallandingham, 96, of New Albany, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, with burial to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. She died Thursday morning, Dec. 27, 2012, at Lincoln Hills Heath Center in New Albany.
She was a native of English, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Betty Fields and her husband John, of New Albany, and Beverly Osbon, of New Albany; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, G. Freeman Vallandingham; her son, Robert Freeman Vallandingham; and her parents, Williard and Clara (Eastridge) Deich.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
