Funeral services for Nelda Ruth Aaron, 67, of Charlestown, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. She died Saturday,
Jan. 12, 2013, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services.
She was born April 16, 1945, in Jeffersonville to Robert E. and Beatrice Roach Panther. She was a retired nurse and a member of North Charlestown Church of God.
Survivors include her daughter, Claudette Doyle and her husband, Eric, of Jeffersonville; a son, Greg Aaron and his wife, Rayma, of Charlestown; a sister, Patricia Balmer, of New Albany; grandchildren, Chris, J.R., Gavin and Garret; and great granddaughter, Stella Grace.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 14, and after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
