Funeral services for Rodney Reich Spriestersbach, 77, of Charlestown, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown, with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. He died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.
He was born Sept. 21, 1935 in Jeffersonville, to George and LaVerne Reich Spriestersbach. He was a retired employee of General Electric and a member of the old First Christian Church, the Blazing Star Masonic Lodge 226 and the Double H. Square Dance Club in Jeffersonville.
He is survived by his wife, the former Betty Latham; daughters, Cathy Ward and Donna Campbell, both of Charlestown; five grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Masonic services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
