Julie Boman

40; of Louisville

>>SOUTHERN INDIANA — A celebration of life for Julie Boman, 40, of Louisville, will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 3, at Lapping Park’s Flatwoods Shelter House, 2404 Green Tree North, Clarksville. She died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at her home.

She was born in Louisville and worked at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, where she made many good friends over the years. She enjoyed watching the University of Louisville men and women’s basketball teams, but most of all she loved her family and spending time with her cousins. 

Survivors include her aunt and uncle, Sheila and Jim LaRochelle, of Jeffersonville; nieces, Katelyn Rader, of Jeffersonville and Kelsey Rader, of Sellersburg; and nine cousins, Dawn Klontz, of Jeffersonville, Stephanie D’Alfonso and her husband, Robert, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., Ashley, Brittany and Courtney Klontz, of Jeffersonville and Robert, Tyler, Ava and Chloe D’Alfonso, all of Little Egg Harbor, N.J. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Boman and Ronald “Snake” Boman, and her sisters, Amy Rader Boman and Jennifer Boman. 

Scott Funeral Home’s North Chapel and Scott Family Crematory are in charge of arrangements. 

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association, 208 S. LaSalle St., Suite 1500, Chicago, Ill., 60604-1242.
