A memorial services for Joyce Martin Davis, 82, of Jeffersonville, will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 21, at Sellersburg Church of Christ, 213 South New Albany Ave., Sellersburg. She died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Jewish Hospital, Louisville.
She was a former resident of Sellersburg and Borden. She was retired from ICI Ammunition Plant where she worked in Quality Control. She loved her grandchildren, gardening, quilting, and IU basketball.
Survivors include her son, Charles Martin Davis and his wife, Amy, of Goshen, Ky.; daughter, Mary Ann DeMotte and her husband, Stephen, of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Elizabeth DeMotte Cannon and her husband, Chad, of Indianapolis, Paul Davis, of Oahu, Hawaii, John DeMotte and his wife, Megan, of Cincinnati, Andrew Davis, of Ft. Sill, Okla., Jennifer DeMotte, of Indianapolis and Brian Kloos; and great-grandchild, Luke Cannon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Silver Creek High School, Sellersburg.
