Dorothy A. Wolf

81; of Salem

Committal service for Dorothy A. Wolf, 81, of Salem, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. She died at Salem Crossing Home.

She was the former Dorothy Hottle, a native of New Albany. She was the former owner/operator of Irion & Wolf Jewelry and a member of St. Mark’s United Church of Christ. She was also a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Bonnie Sloan Post.

Survivors include a son, David R. Wolf and his wife, Meribeth, of Greenville; a daughter, Marcia K. Lanham, of Pekin; a brother, Robert Hottle, of New Albany; a sister, Betty Buchanan, of New Albany; three grandchildren, Andrew Lanham, Beverly Lanham, and Zachary Wolf; and one great-grandchild, Hunter Trainor.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin L. Wolf; parents, Frank and Bessie Hottle; and brothers, William and Jack Hottle.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Oak Street Chapel, New Albany.

Expressions  of sympathy may take the form of  contributions to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
