Funeral services for Alvin L. Lamb, 78, of New Albany, formerly of Floyds Knobs, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 18, at Newcomer Funeral Home, New Albany, with burial in St. Mary of the Knobs Cemetery, Floyds Knobs. He died Thursday, March 14, 2013.
He was born Dec. 16, 1934 to Josiah and Lenora Lamb.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lamb; children, Brenda Hawkins, Michael Lamb, and Rhonda Bertrand; and stepchildren, Terry and Sharon Budd.
Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
