Funeral services for Elizabeth Ann Elliott, 77, of Jeffersonville, will be at noon Thursday, Feb. 4, at Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown, with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.
She was born on Jan. 22, 1933, in Louisville, to Robert Emerson and Virginia May Rosebud Keithley Elliott. The family would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Green Valley Nursing Home and Floyd Memorial Hospital for caring for my mother.
Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Goebel and her husband, Dan, of Louisville: granddaughters, Ashley Goebel and Beverly Rice; grandson, Daniel Goebel Jr.; great-grandchildren, Sabrina and Amanda Rice and Dalton and Jacob Goebel; companion, James Hahn, and his daughters, Theresa Hahn, Maureen Lewis, and Christine Hahn; and last, but not least, her very good friend, Coleen Fischer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Sloan.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday.
