A memorial service for Christian Charles Russ, 63, of New Albany, will be at noon Friday, May 4, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, with interment in New Albany National Cemetery. He died Wednesday, April 25, in Vicksburg, Miss.
He was a native of Jeffersonville, and was a plant manager for a Power Plant. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was survived by his wife, Gloria S. Greslo Russ; a daughter, Lindsay M. Swift and her husband, Jake, of Zionsville; three sons, Ray Petrocelli and his wife, Kelly, of Grand Rapids, Mich., Mike Petrocelli and his wife, Cassie, of Carmel, and Jamie Russ, of Clinton; and grandchildren, Avery Swift, Max, Jack, Nick, Sam, and Leo Petrocelli
He was preceded in death by his father and stepmother, Charles and Iva C. Russ.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Friday.
