Funeral services for Juanita A. Prince Bright, 88, of New Albany, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. She died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at the Robert E. Lee Nursing and Rehab Center in New Albany.
She was a native of New Albany. She was formerly employed at the old H.A. Seinsheimer Co. in New Albany, IMCO and Marhoefer Packing Co. in Jeffersonville and retired from FireKing in New Albany. She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church and the V.F.W. Hobart Beach Post 1693 Ladies Auxiliary in New Albany.
Survivors include her son, Frank M. Bright, of Fort Smith, Ark.; daughters, Brenda Langsdon and her husband, Wayne, of Elizabeth, and Rebecca Bullock and her husband, Danny, of Livingston, Ky.; brothers, Nelson Prince and his wife, Martha, of Clarksville, Paul Prince, of Louisville, Albert Prince and his wife, Rebecca, of New Albany, and Walter Prince and his wife, Betty, of New Albany; sister, Vivian Rainbolt and her husband, Orman, of Jeffersonville; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Prince, of New Albany; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren: and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Aimmeal F. Bright, brothers, Carl and Lawrence Prince and her parents Albert M. and Mary E. Shearer Prince.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, and after 9 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
