Funeral services for Sharon Kaye Dunkeson, 64, of Jeffersonville, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Legacy Funeral Center, Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville.
She was born in Oklahoma City, a homemaker and a member of Christ Gospel Church in Jeffersonville.
She is survived by her loving husband, James E. Dunkeson; three children, Jesse Eric Dunkeson, of Jeffersonville, Alicia A. Ervin and her husband, Keith, of Georgetown, Ronald J. Dunkeson and his wife, Emily, of Clarksville; and six brothers, Ronnie, Carroll, Merle, Roger, Paul, and Gary Lockhart.
She was preceded in death by her son, Brian Dunkeson; a brother, David Lockhart, and her parents, Woodrow Lockhart and Anna Ratliff.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, Jan. 31, and after 9 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
