Funeral services for Betty J. Rorrer, 76, of Jeffersonville, will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at E.M. Coots’ Sons Funeral Home, Jeffersonville. She died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was a bank teller at P.N.C. Bank and owner/operator of Imps Consignment Shop.
She is survived by her sons, George T. Rorrer III and wife, Debra, of Clarksville, Randy Rorrer and wife, Sharon, of Daytona, Fla., and Jeff D. Rorrer and wife, Julia, of Sellersburg; daughters, Vanessa R. Iredale and husband, Andy, of Louisville, and Valorie L. Lavigne and husband, David, of Snohomish, Wash.; brother, Larry Tipton and wife, Debra, of Crestview, Fla.; sister, Janet Scarberry and husband, Bob, of Jacksonville, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, James E. Tipoton, mother, Nellie Tipton, brothers, Bob and Jim Tipton; and former husband, George Rorrer Jr.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
