CHARLESTOWN —
A memorial services for Danny “Dan” Evinger, 66, of Memphis, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at Garr Funeral Home, Sellersburg. He died Saturday, March 6, 2010, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of New Albany, a Purdue graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering and was the hospital administrator for Care Pets Animal Hospital, Sellersburg. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, Dr. Joan Evinger.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Gabriel Foundation or the Association of Avian Veterinarians.
