MILLTOWN —  

Funeral services for Larry G. Shockley, 61, of Milltown, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at Kraft Funeral Service, Spring Street Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville. He died Wednesday, March 10, 2010. 

He was born Sept. 2, 1948, in Scottsville, Ky., to the late Edward G. and Dee Shockley-Duncan. He was a retired truck driver and devoted member of the Tower Full Gospel Church in Leavenworth. He was a member of the Clarksville Masonic Lodge and the Kosair Shrine Temple, and also a member of the Hoosier Hills Beagle Club. 

Survivors include his daughters, Ashley Shockley, of Sellersburg, and Melissa Shockley, of Louisville; brother, Jimmy Shockley and his wife, Jackie; sister, Shirley Makowsky and her husband, David, of Clarksville; and nieces and nephews, Jamie, Stacey, Carey, Molly, Shelby, Jacob and Steve.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m. today.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Tower Full Gospel Church, Leavenworth.
