>>SOUTHERN INDIANA —  Funeral services for Ronald Leon Maloney Jr., 29, of Louisville, will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, at Scott Funeral Home’s North Chapel, Jeffersonville, with cremation to follow. He died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at the University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville.  

He was born in Clark County, previously worked at Sav-A-Lot Food Store, enjoyed art, and was a 1997 graduate of Clarksville High School.

Survivors include his mom, Mona Maloney, of Clarksville; his dad, Ronald Leon Maloney Sr., and his wife Denise, of Fairdale, Ky.; siblings, Clay Vibbert and his wife, Genevieve, of Louisville, Benji Vibbert and his wife, Angela, of Otisco, Mandie Hedden and her husband, Scott, of Louisville, Brandi Doyle, and Joshua Maloney, both of Fairdale, Ky.; his grandma, Carolyn Smith, of Louisville; nieces and nephews, Aidyen Luttrell, Bryson Vibbert, Garrett Vibbert, McKenzie Vibbert and Hunter Vibbert; and his Aunt Debbie and Uncle John Cowles, of Louisville.   

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffery Vibbert; his grandpa, Samuel Smith; and his grandma, Robbie Hunt.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions in care of the Maloney Family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
