Funeral services for Frances A. Anderson, 96, of New Albany, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, at Grace Lutheran Church, New Albany, with interment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. She died Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Westminster Healthcare Center, Clarksville.
She was a native of Ramsey, and a longtime resident of New Albany. She was retired after 25 years with the Food Service Department of the New Albany-Floyd County School Corporation, and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a son, William F. Anderson Jr. and his wife, Tiny, of Louisville; two daughters, Nona F. Bell and her husband, James, of New Albany, and Wanda K. Walts and her husband, Greg, of Georgetown; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Anderson Sr.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at the Grace Lutheran Church.
