JEFFERSONVILLE — Funeral services for James C. Branche, 64, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 13, at First Trinity Baptist Church, Jeffersonville, with burial in Clarmont Memorial Garden, Winchester, Ky. He died Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at his home.
He was an Army veteran, serving in the Vietnam era, and was employed in sales for Sears Auto Center and U.S. Agra Chemical Company. He was a member of First Trinity Baptist Church, a deacon at his church and also sang in the men’s choir.
Survivors include his wife, Anna L. Branche; cousins, Carrie Morris, Beverly Phillips, Maxine Powell, Sarah McBride, James Morris and Debbie Williams, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; his mother-in-law, Falmore Kelso, of Winchester, Ky.; brothers-in-law, Wilbert Thomas and his wife, Shirley and Elwood Thomas, all of Winchester, Ky., and Danny Thomas Sr. and his wife, Patricia, of Clarksville. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
