Pate, 54, of Middletown, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 18, at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home, Corydon, with burial in New Middletown United Methodist Church Cemetery. He died Monday, March 15, 2010, at University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
